Hey, I’m Bianca.

I’m a full spectrum doula, educator, writer, activist, and honestly… a bit of a birth nerd in the best way. I’ve been doing this work for almost two decades, supported hundreds of families, and trained over 4000 doulas in more than 50 countries through my school, bebo mia.

I know that in New Brunswick, hiring a doula isn’t always the norm yet. So let me say this clearly. You deserve support. Real support. The kind where you don’t feel alone, rushed, or unsure of what’s happening to your body or your baby.

I’m there to help you make sense of your options, to keep things calm and grounded when birth gets intense, and to make sure your voice doesn’t get lost in the room. I’m your advocate, your organizer, your steady presence, and yes, your cheerleader too. I also take care of your partner or support people so they feel confident and included instead of overwhelmed.

Outside of birth work, I’m usually roller skating, quilting, or wandering around in the woods. I’m also an empty nester now, which means I have so much space, energy, and care to give to the families I work with. When I take you on as a client, you are deeply supported. This is not surface level care.

I only take a small number of clients each year so I can show up fully. This work matters too much to do it any other way.
