My name is Sabrina, and I am a doula in New Brunswick, trained by Mère & Monde and founder of Sérénaissance.

But above all, I am a mother of five children.

Motherhood is not something I learned from books — it’s something I’ve lived through. Many times. With all the beauty it brings, but also the challenges. The doubts, the exhaustion, the moments of questioning yourself… and that deep need to feel supported.

I also experienced a high-risk pregnancy, and that became a turning point for me. I realized just how much presence, listening, and compassionate support can completely transform a woman’s experience.

That’s when I knew I wanted to be that person for others.

Today, I support women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with a gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach.

I am there to help families prepare, feel reassured, and stay informed during pregnancy. I provide continuous, respectful, and comforting support during birth. And after the baby arrives, I help parents navigate those first moments with their newborn — including breastfeeding, sleep, newborn care, and adjusting to this new chapter.

I also offer postpartum support (“relevaille”) to give families a chance to rest, recover, and feel truly cared for in their daily lives.

What I am most passionate about is helping women reconnect with their instincts, better understand what they are experiencing, and regain confidence in themselves during such an intense and transformative time.

With me, you can be fully yourself. No pressure. No judgment. Just support.
